Well...it's not gonna be easy but I'll help you out, okay? ^^

You're gonna have to hang out with him quite a few times, talk and get to know him. He'll want to know about you too, so you'll have to be as honest as possible so he knows you can be trusted. If your heart feels like it's gonna burst out of your chest everytime you meet with him, or if you feel like you can't do anything without him around, then you might have a chance!

Hopefully he'll be able to return your feelings, because that's very important in a relationship-or a potential relationship.
